Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 Hours is required to cancel any appointment. For groups of three or more, a 48-hour notice is required.

Return Policy
All merchandise, services, and gift certificates purchased from Dedham Day Spa are non-refundable. For any issues, please call or come back within 7 days and we will resolve the problem accordingly - if possible.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of the services. The industry average range is from 15%-20% of the service fee.
